Return & Shipping Policy
Please note: Leclair London does not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The product and packaging must be complete and in the same condition as received.

Normal handling of the product is acceptable; damage due to careless use is excluded.

Hygiene-related products must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within that period.
Leclair London reserves the right to refuse returned items if they appear used, worn, or damaged through improper handling.
How to return your order
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to start your return:

Send an email to info@leclairlondon.com

Include the following in your message:
– Order number
– Reason for the return request
– Photo of the product (in case of damage)
– Full name and address of the customer
Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Do not send your parcel to the sender’s address listed on the packaging.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, and the shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
As we operate with a fully automated processing system, orders are executed immediately after being placed. Therefore, cancellations are not possible once your order has entered shipment.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact Leclair London by email with a clear statement of cancellation. The cancellation becomes effective once the returned goods have been received and inspected by our team.
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer.
Important notice for orders in transit
Because our goods are shipped from Asia, delivery times may vary, and once items are in transit, cancellations are no longer possible. Please wait until you have received your items and then initiate a return if desired.
To ensure faster processing, please send us a shipping confirmation once your return has been sent.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from your order, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (and any additional costs incurred by selecting a more expensive delivery option than our standard service).
Refunds will be made within 14 days after receiving your returned goods.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for your original purchase unless agreed otherwise. No additional refund fees will be charged.
All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:
• Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process it.
– Orders placed during weekdays are processed within one working day.
– Orders placed on Friday evening or weekends may take slightly longer.
• After processing, delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days, depending on your location.
